Requires r34 compressor ! Fittings for r12 system are ONLY for the firewall!
The battery no longer needs to be relocated when using our new kit.
Minor trimming of the OEM battery tray may be required. Both OEM and aftermarket compressors designed for your engine are fully compatible with this setup. Please note that full-size radiator kits create a very tight fit, so ensure compatibility before purchasing.
This kit is designed to work with a compressor from a K20A, A2, A3 or K20Z1 engine.(same mentioned compressor must be used if you have a K24A swap). 2002-2006 Acura Rsx base or Type S.
FANS
Our condenser does require 2 fans to keep the temperatures down.
What belt do I use with this setup?
If you do not plan on keeping power steering you will need to purchase a K20A3 02-05 Civic Si K20A3 pulley setup and belt. If you plan on running P/S you can use a stock K20A/A2/Z1 belt.
What condenser do I use?
We supply you with our custom spec condenser with built in drier.
EG (92–95 Civic) ~20–22 oz (0.6–0.65 kg)
EK (96–00 Civic)~20–24 oz (0.6–0.7 kg)
DC2 Integra (94–01 ~24–26 oz (0.7–0.75 kg)
R92/93 EG ONLY! Firewall ac cnc firewall are m6 bolt certain evap required m8 bolt may need re open with drill bit 14mm that’s it!
